TWO more schools in the Staffordshire Moorlands have had signs installed on the road outside warning drivers not to exceed 20mph.
They are Greatwood Primary, in Hollington Road, Tean and Squirrel Hayes First, in Springfield Road, Biddulph.
The speed limits have been imposed as part of Staffordshire County Council’s ’20 is plenty’ campaign.
Sixteen schools across the county have had 20mph speed restrictions introduced outside this term.
The signs light up to display the speed of each vehicle as its passes the school.
The road safety campaign is also encouraging more parents and children to walk or cycle to school to help reduce congestion outside at school times.
