Biddulph High School teams up with Stoke Sixth Form College

BIDDULPH High School is celebrating becoming an associate member of the a new academy trust set up by Stoke-on-Trent Sixth Form College.

The partnership opens up a whole new range of opportuinities for the Biddulph students – including teaming up for foreign trips, specialist talks and activities with leading universities.

Biddulph High teachers could help to deliver some undergraduate courses as the Stoke college offers foundation year subjects accredited by Staffordshire University.

Headteacher at Biddulph High, Simon Ashcroft said the associate membership would last for three years and the school could then decide whether to become a full member of the Potteries Educational Trust (PET).
