Stoke beat Manchester United at Harrison Park

STOKE City U23s won their mid-table clash with Manchester United U23s in Premier League Two 3-1 last night (Feb 18).

A crowd of 327 turned up at Leek Town’s Harrison Park ground to watch the match.

The Potters went ahead through Tre Pemberton after 32 minutes and Belgian teenager Thibaud Verlinden made it 2-0 seven minutes later.

United replied through D’Mani Bughai in the 81st minute, but defender Josh Tymon restored Stoke’s lead just 60 seconds later to make sure of the points.
