Rain the winner as Storm Miguel washes out most matches in NSSCL

RAIN blown into the UK by Storm Miguel has washed out all but a handful of fixtures in the North Staffordshire and South Cheshire Cricket League today (June 8).

.Cheadle ‘s cancelled home encounter with Longton lost them top spot in the Premier Division. Meakins now set the pace after beating Moddershall & Oulton by six wickets after their game survived the deluge.
