Blues fight back to earn a second bite at the FA Cup cherry

LEEK Town live to fight again in the Emirates FA Cup thanks to an 83rd minute penalty kick converted by substitute Tim Grice.

Grice stepped up to score from the spot after Dan Trickett-Smith was tripped in the area.

Trickett-Smith had earlier given Blues the lead in the 49th minute of an enthralling encounter.

But the hosts levelled through Ashley Ball just three minutes later and then went ahead through Joe Noblet in the 63rd minute.

The replay will take place at Harrison Park this Saturday (3pm).

The winners will face Rotherham-based Parkgate FC from the Northern Counties East League away in the preliminary round next week.
