Former Premier Division local rivals clash in Staffs FA Vase

LOCAL rivals Leek CSOB and Ball Haye Green face each other in first round of the Staffs FA Vase at Pointon, Park, Cheddleton, tomorrow (Oct 13).

It is the first time the two teams have met since Green dropped out of the Staffs County League Premier Division at the end of last season after losing their ground.

Leek CSOB reserves face a difficult away tie to Tunstall Town who gained promotion to the Premier Division at the end of last season as Division One champions under the name Ossma Blurton.

Tunstall Town are now based at Wellbeing Park, Yarnfield, near Stone.
