Bond is back from holiday for CSOB’s top of the table clash with Foley Meir

PREMIER Division rivals Leek CSOB and Foley Meir are enaged in a top-of-table battle in the Staffordshire County Senior League at Pointon Park, Cheddleton, tonight (Sept 11), kick off 7.30pm.
Both teams have collected 18 points from their opening seven games, but Foley Meir hold pole position by virtue of a slightly better goal difference (2).
Kielan Bond is back in charge of CSOB after being on holiday while his team suffered their first defeats of the season, both to Alsager Town reserves, in league cup (0-2 ) on August 31 and league (1-2) at home on Saturday.
Bond was in charge of team affairs at Foley prior to joining CSOB for the start of this season, after Sam Pettitt stood down because of work committments.
Pettitt, however, has remained with the club as a player.
